1.
Flowers bloom, we are walking tall bound by the Heaven we see in all Raindrops fall we are hills that rise above the Sun when it falls to night Moonlight falls on my open hands holding the water which carves this land Submerging in this green night sky visions of Heaven through a timeless eye Undo me, undo all that holds all the withholding from this holy mold we will form these sacred folds the flower blooms in your heart of gold Behold all Seasons with open eyes and hold no reason forget this fight unfold in lightness the River flows with might
2.
When you're up on your sentiment to be all the same don't you hear me coming round the mountain slow through the roots of the Trees My we've seen such a perfect view to be under heart don't you hold me closer now that I'm so far in the spell of waters grace So I'll tell you simply I'll be safe and free when the Death comes lovingly like girls will do and we whisper all that we knew
3.
Maia and Ra 05:14
In her eyes of deep blue water oh here comes the spirit found If circles find our bodies joining always singing to the Sun Boy We all come from Mothers letting go like silence that wasn't honored by the slow might of my bright Sun It's so good to see you taking your breath inside What we find when shifting gently through the current feeds us kind Generous I watch my Fathers hands give all but worship none We'll speak of the severance of our relating the reverence of your creating this little child we'll all tell the clouds apart from the open sky
4.
Flowers came in through a window bearing scents of tender lightness of Heaven within my eyes dark pupil It's a gift to be here the worms beneath our feet keep eating churning Life and Death into black gold balancing cosmic and telluric forces men and women digging hands into the others heart to return to the birth of trusting Death of knowledge is the light of Being When my citrus is ripe and oils glisten in the Sun I will swallow my tongue and live in Unity lingering in the vessels which hold The remnants and remembrance of new and ancient technologies of lovers spinning Light windows in the Desert moonlight This is the Sound, This is the Sun This is the way I unfold "No degree of affection need invade this religion, this is myrrh and rosemary to keep the other sweet" -R.W. Emerson <--These are not even my words
5.
Uncovered and whispered high in naked truth I wash my hands Held under the water firm there is no air sweeter than you How long will I build and burn this throne? holding moments like women and gold
6.
Holy Dreams 06:05
Eyes as wide as mountains singing prayers like harmonies holding to my oldest dreams when I'd wake under the Sea giant creatures head my gasping swarm like winds and help me breathe and you pray to these giants for your sleep and dignity And we can't feel a thing arms crossed beneath our knees and we can't feel a thing bodies carried under waves Eyes like tired shorelines stealing wishes kept reserved tiny seeds spit from my mouth fertilize the ocean floor spirits linger near us listen to our bodies breathe healing hands sink inside you touch the earth and dig down deep And we can't feel a thing arms crossed beneathe our knees and we can't feel a thing bodies buried under waves
7.
Home safe, silent still I watched you take your secrets to the Earth watching them die young

about

With everything that flows my way in this human experience, the rises and falls, the mountains and valleys, I have come to feel two things: It's all woven together, and even if I don't realize it at the time, I'm carried through. This album was completed just days before leaving for a six month backpacking trip through South East Asia, and South Asia. The weaving together of sounds that created these songs, has once again been revealed to be a part of the current carrying me through these woven mountains and valleys of experience and the mountains I've been weaving together in my travels: The Appalachian Mountains of America, Mt. Batur of Bali, the Daen Lao Mountains of Thailand, and the Himalayan Mountains of India and Nepal.
This is the Second Album of the solo project: Oaken Voices. As with the first album, "Woven Roots", this music could not have been pre-meditated and documented, only revealed through the process.
